Governmental Bailout

I don't think that having the tax payers have to pay the bailout. Yes the government is going to help the people with their mortgages. It is not fair for all the big shots of the large comapnies to go out and spend spend spend, while some people are just scraping by. They are making more money in a few years than some people make in a lifetime.Why should the people have to pay for these guys screw ups. It doesn't make sense.

But 700 billion dollars is not going to be for sure used. From what i understand the governement can use up to that. But the money is not taken from a pool of money. It is used to buy mortgages and assets then sell them later at a higher price.
